Terms of Sale

Your order code identifies an order request and helps match payment. It is not proof of payment or acceptance. We accept an order only after successful review and confirmed payment. The ordering sequence is order code, payment, review, then shipment. A payment notification from a customer is not confirmation that funds were received.

Prices are in USD. The order summary discloses shipping and tax charged before payment. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Bitcoin, and Ethereum using the instructions supplied for your order. Receipt is verified in the actual payment account or blockchain record, not from screenshots or reference numbers alone. Do not send funds before reviewing your total and supported shipping estimate.

Research-use-only attestation is a condition of sale. Products are for qualified research use only, not human use, animal use, or consumption. Orders that request human-use, dosing, or injection guidance are refused. Review our Buyer Eligibility Policy and Research Use Disclaimer.

We may refuse or cancel orders for eligibility or restricted-use concerns, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or material errors. We explain the reason when appropriate and refund money received for unfulfilled orders. A material change to an order requires your agreement before fulfillment.

Our Return and Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and Restricted Use Policy form part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains data practices. Nothing in these terms excludes nonwaivable legal rights.
