Privacy Policy

We process names, email addresses, phone numbers, organizations when supplied, billing and shipping addresses, order contents and totals, order codes, payment-confirmation references, research-use attestations, order notes, and support correspondence. Account features process sign-in and profile information. Quote and affiliate applications process the information submitted in those forms. Checkout attestations include IP address and browser user-agent information. Hosting and security systems may also process request, device, and error information.

We use this information to operate accounts and checkout, verify payments and eligibility, fulfill and track orders, respond to questions, handle refunds and disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Optional ad measurement is described separately below.

Our application uses Supabase for database and account services and Vercel for hosting. Email delivery code uses Resend when configured. Fulfillment uses USPS and shipping services such as Shippo when enabled. Authorized operators and relevant service providers receive information needed for their work. Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, banks, exchanges, and blockchain participants process payments under their own practices. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights.

Account and administrative sign-in use cookies. The cart uses local browser storage and stays available across visits until cleared or changed. Order confirmation details use session storage in the browser tab. Clearing browser data removes those local copies, not existing order records in our database or service-provider systems.

If you allow ad measurement, a Google ad click identifier is stored in browser storage and is eligible for use for up to 90 days; your choice is valid for up to 180 days. Expired attribution is cleared when the site next checks it. With consent, the identifier and consent record may be saved with the private order record. After confirmed payment, authorized operators can export the identifier, order ID, payment time, currency, and paid total to Google to measure ads. This export excludes your name, email, phone, address, and payment reference; ad personalization is disabled.

Declining does not affect shopping. Use Ad measurement preferences in the footer to change your choice. Declining clears the identifier from this browser and stops future collection. Request removal of attribution already saved with an order by contacting support.

Order and related operational records are retained; the application does not automatically delete all customer information after fulfillment. Retention depends on fulfillment, support, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and applicable legal recordkeeping needs. We review deletion requests against those needs and explain any information that must be retained. No fixed deletion period is currently established for all operational records. Email systems, shipping systems, payment providers, hosting logs, and backups can retain separate copies under their own schedules; deletion from an active application does not instantly erase every copy.

We cannot erase independently maintained bank, payment-provider, or exchange records. Public blockchain transactions are publicly recorded and cannot be deleted by us. Never provide private keys or seed phrases to support.

Email our privacy contact to request access, correction, or deletion, or ask about an existing request. We may request proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your records. We assess requests and applicable legal rights, coordinate with service providers where available, and explain limitations. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive documents.
