Submitted orders do not promise shipment. Shipping information is used only after manual review, external payment verification, and fulfillment eligibility checks.

Fulfillment scope may vary by product, destination, documentation status, and buyer eligibility. Peptide Heroes may reject or cancel requests that cannot be supported.

Approved requests may move through controlled manual fulfillment steps. Shipment details, when applicable, are communicated through Peptide Heroes tracking email or support channels. Checkout lets buyers choose regular manual shipping or express manual shipping; these are internal handling options, not live carrier-rate quotes.

Shippo label purchase is an admin-only workflow after verified payment. Buyers cannot buy labels from the public site, and automatic label purchase on payment notice is not used.

Shipping availability may depend on catalog availability, documentation status, buyer eligibility, and applicable requirements for the destination.
