Match the document to the selected lot
A certificate of analysis should connect a product name, lot identifier, document date, and test summary to the exact catalog item under review. The most useful COA is specific to the selected lot rather than a generic product family.
For buyer review, compare the document name, lot code, and product SKU with the catalog page before submitting an order. If a value is missing, the correct storefront state is pending or not released.
Read purity fields as documented facts
Purity and assay fields should appear only when the released document supports them. A storefront should not invent values to make a catalog item look more complete.
Peptide Heroes surfaces document status first, then adds quality fields when a real public COA or SDS record is available.
Use the catalog and COA Library together
Before procurement, review the product page, COA Library status, selected research size, price, and buyer eligibility attestation. This keeps the order review path focused on catalog facts and research-use-only handling.
